If you get an error message about the device not being supported, just click OK and continue to use the product, please

check following information:

1. Make sure the USB drive is formatted as FAT32

2. Create a folder in the root of the USB drive called DCIM

3. Make sure the file names of the pics and videos are exactly 8 alphanumeric characters long plus a supported extension (such as IMG_7972.jpg , DSC00601.jpg)

4. Make sure the videos are of a supported type: .mp4, .m4v .mov
